Refunds and Financial Aid
REFUNDS
Refunds will be offered when:
- The child moves out of the McFarland area
- There is not an age appropriate team available and your child does not want to play up at the next level
Refunds will not be offered when:
- Your child changes their mind once registration is complete
- Your child is not able to play due to an injury
Special Circumstances
For special circumstances, players can email president@mcfarlandsoccer.org to request a refund. The request will be taken to the MSC board and discussed at the next board meeting.
FINANCIAL AID PROGRAM
To ensure that every child has the opportunity to participate in our activities regardless of socioeconomic status, McFarland Soccer Club offers two levels of financial aid:
(1) For families who qualify for the free/reduced lunch program, MSC will offer the following discounts:
- $30 per U6-U8 player + $ 10 MAYSA match
- $30 per U9 thru U14 player + $30 MAYSA match
Free/reduced lunch documentation is required to receive this discount.
(2) For families who need further assistance, McFarland Soccer Club will make every effort to assist families based on their level of need. Financial assistance ranges from 25% - 100% of total fees charged through the registration process. Uniform fees are separate.
Please complete the Financial Aid Form to determine your level of need and someone from MSC will be in touch within 2-3 weeks upon receiving your request with details on how to complete your registration
*Monies used to help families with costs will be raised by the club through volunteer buyout fees as well as fundraising efforts such as tournaments, summer camps, and concessions sales.
