Registration

Registration for Fall 2025-Spring 2026 will open May 1st and is open through June 20th.  Registration for U11+ closes 48 hours after receipt of team placement offer.

Parents of all new and returning players must register online. All registered players are assigned to a soccer team that they will play with for the next season. A soccer season is split into two halves, the Fall and the Spring, and follows the school calendar.

• the Parental Consent & Liability Form,
•  the Concussion Form
•  the MSC Conduct Forms
• WYSA Medical Release Waiver
• U9 and Older Players will need a birth certificate and player photo (Headshot only for referees to confirm players)
