RULES

Regular FIFA rules with the following changes:

1.             The kick-off does not need to travel forward.

2.             All kicks are indirect.

3.             Only the goalkeeper is allowed in the goal area. Remind players to stay out. Attempt to keep the play going if the infringement has no effect on the play. Persistent violators may need to be substituted out at the referees discretion.

4.             Length of game: 
- U7-8 10 minute halves w/5 minute break
- U9-14 15 minute halves w/5 minute break

5.             Substitutes may enter the field of play at the centerline (one off before one on) at any time. Play may continue.

6.             Restart when the ball goes out of bounds: Goal line shall be a corner kick or in the goalkeepers hands for a throw except U7 & U-8, they will use goal kicks. Sideline shall be a kick as well (no throws). Note rule 2.

7.             No offside rule.

8.             Both teams shall provide game balls.

9.             Home team (listed first on the schedule) shall provide an alternate color jersey if required. 

10.        Each team is responsible for trash disposal. Please use the dumpster and other trash receptacles

11.        All referee calls are correct and final.

12.        12. Point System:
6 points for a win
2 points for a tie
0 points for a loss
1 point for each goal scored (maximum of 3 goals)
1 point for a shutout

Tie breakers for the final standing if required:
       Head to head competition
       Least goals allowed
       Goal differential (max 4 per game x 3 games for a total of 12) 
       Coin toss

13.        Coaches and players should be between the fields with spectators on the opposite side.

14.   Please make this a fun-filled event for all involved.

15.   There will be no refunds issued.
